We stayed for 1 night and opted for the cheaper room with no window. However we are very glad we did this as we then had no noise from the roads as they could be quite loud with beeping horns. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the location was great. Right near the market, plenty of restaurants and bars close by and if you want to walk into the centre it is easily doable.

Shower had hot water almost instantly, not always a guarantee in this area. Also nice big TV with good quality picture. Bed was fine.

We booked “Avanti Boutique Hotel” but ended up staying at “Avanti Hotel”—those 2 properties are on the same street, some hundred meters apart. Apparently they are the “same” hotel. Room is clean. Decent. Beds are comfy. Great location—at least to and from places we wanted to visit. Ben Than is a few steps away. Hot shower works just fine. Breakfast is good, there are selections. Staff were attentive and kind.

The location only few minutes by walk to Ben thanh market and Malaysian street which many halal restaurants in Malaysian street. Good location.

Location of the hotel was excellent, right in the heart of district 1, the breakfast was very nice . We got upgraded to a room with a roof terrace that had amazing views of the city

They got Pho 2000 at ground floor. Should try it for breakfast. Ben thanh market was around the corner

very comfy bed. great staff great restaurant (a little expensive but hotel restaurants are always) very good location close to many things, yet still quiet could check out at any time staff even let us check in 4 hours early for a small fee
